All Body Jewelry sales are FINAL. Alchemist Tattoo does not accept returns/exchanges for any reason other than defective/broken pieces that are covered under each manufacturer’s specific warranty policy. If you are out of town you will need to cover shipping back to us and we will ship to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. In the event that the piece is NOT repairable you will receive studio credit for that amount to be used on other jewelry.
